Job Description:

We have an immediate need for a Lead Consultant within the US Public Sector Professional Services organization. This individual will be primarily engaged on customer facing professional services engagements. Lead Consultants will own all aspects of projects, leveraging the consulting methodology to successfully design and implement Citrix technologies.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience assessing, managing, and implementing Citrix solutions. The individual will plan and execute all aspects of customer engagements and lead a team of resources throughout all project phases. This individual should be highly proficient in all core Citrix technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Lead Consultant will be responsible for the execution of enterprise Citrix Professional Services engagements.

  • Establishes reputation as technical expert in Citrix technologies with varying industry knowledge.
  • Takes full responsibility for overall execution and delivery of critical tasks or milestones.
  • Works to achieve operational targets with major impact on the departmental results.
  • Conveys value of Citrix technologies and able to drive customer strategy.
  • May manage large projects or processes that span outside of immediate job area.
  • Work is performed with limited oversight.
  • Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of job area.
  • Problems and issues faced are numerous and undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem.
  • Problems typically impact multiple departments or specialties.
  • Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues.
  • Communicates with parties within and outside of own job function.
  • Typically has responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.)
  • Typically responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area.
  • Typically responsible for managing major/complex projects at this level, involving delegation of work and review of work products.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Currently holds or willing to obtain Top Secret Clearance.
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 3 years.
  • Recognized subject matter expert in Citrix technologies.
  • Ability to manage complex projects or processes.
  • Maintains growth mindset. Able to quickly learn and implement new technologies.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Positive attitude aimed at driving customer success.
  • Requires deep knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • Typically viewed as having a specialty within discipline. May have broad knowledge of project management.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $138,010-$172,512 CA generally ranges; $144,010-$180,013 All other locations fall under our General State range; $120,009-$150,011 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work.
