In order to strengthen our Sales team in GB, we are looking for a National Account Executive - Foodservice
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the expansion and further development of Capri-Sun within your allocated Food-service customer base, as well as driving new business within key route to market partners
- Regional QSR chains, contract catering sites, multi site operators, Pub Groups, Universities, and travel+leisure customers will be your main focus areas for new business growth, along with visits to regional wholesaler depots to engage their sales teams
- You are the first point of contact for your customer base, lead all negotiations and escalate where necessary
- Build a stakeholder map and influence the relevant stakeholders at your customers to ensure best in class visibility, promotions, brand activations and listings of the Capri Sun brand
- You constantly track and analyse markets, competition, customers, pricing, portfolio, placements and promotions to ensure you always have a winning customer plan
- You course correct if your plan is not working and the financial targets are not being achieved
Your Profile
- A good understanding of the UK food-service sector and the key wholesalers within the channel would be desirable, along with a go-get attitude to win new business
- Ownership mentality with customers, delivering results & seeking new opportunities. Business owner outlook.
- Ability to prioritise workload and where time is best spent to achieve maximum outputs
- Emotionally intelligent, understands the importance of strong cross-functional collaboration
- Natural problem solver with a hands-on mentality and strong organisational skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency yet remains calm under pressure.
- Resilient & self-motivated to see sales leads and opportunities through to completion and doesn’t take no for an answer

- Annual Base Salary range - GBP 35,000 to GBP 40,000 depending on experience
- Additional car allowance and performance based annual bonus
