This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:  An experienced Account Manager that thrives in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. You will proactively manage a list of AT&T Office@Hand’s premier existing customers and tasked with cultivating and saturating business within these accounts. With ownership of 350+ current accounts your goal is to uncover and capitalize on upsell opportunities as well as provide a high level of customer service. You will leverage your B2B solution selling skills to grow your book of business and add to the thousands of businesses already using Office@Hand for their communication needs.

Job Duties:

  •  You’ll become the resident expert on the AT&T Office@Hand services including Messaging/Chat/Collaboration, IP Phones, Video conferencing, and sell our hosted VoIP platform, call management services, and IP hardware. 

  • Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies, and processes. 

  • Be an innovator that will help our global company discover new ways to sell our service and drive new business initiatives to the small and medium business market. 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  •  Experience selling AT&T Office@Hand or other cloud-based communication solutions.

  •  Knowledge of how to work with a strategic channel partner.

  • Previous AT&T/Telecommunications experience a plus.  

 

Desired Qualifications:

  •  3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the technology sector.

  • Demonstrated sales record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

  •  Success in maintaining existing customer base, cultivating new business, upselling services/products.

  • Ability to explore and make recommendations to customers based on customer needs.

  • Excellent customer service orientation, face-to-face and on the phone to support remote users.

  • Strong initiative and creativity applied through technology.

  • Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military and/or work experience

If you are hired in Colorado the compensation range for this position is between $117,600 and $168,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
