Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. The role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer facilitates discussions around transformation initiatives and customer journey improvements, ensuring that functional and application designs align with the overall business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders is a key aspect, as the engineer works to ensure that the implemented solutions effectively meet the evolving needs of the organization and its customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure seamless delivery of solutions across different business units.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and proposing innovative integration strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies relevant to ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions that align with business processes.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
- Familiarity with API development, web services, and data exchange protocols to facilitate seamless system communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and maintainable integration solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
