As a Manager, Consumer Protection you will work on a team, grow in a team environment, leveraging your natural curiosity and inventive problem-solving talents to anticipate consumer protection related risks to the Company and its customers.

You will make a difference by building trust with customers by helping enhance and implement controls designed to ensure compliance with consumer protection laws and regulations, including Section 5 of the FTC Act, state unfair and deceptive acts and practice (UDAP) laws, and state weights and measures laws. This is a cross-functional role that will work closely with legal, business stakeholders and other areas within compliance to implement programs that minimize regulatory risk. The Consumer Protection Compliance team helps build and protect customer trust.  In turn, we give you access to the tools and support you need to be the best version of you.

This position is part of the Consumer Protection compliance team. At the end of the day, you’ll be making an impact on the over 275 million customers we serve every single week across 11,000 stores in 27 countries. Most of the work will be centered on the US market. 

You’ll make an impact by: 

  • Managing critical cross-functional consumer protection compliance projects.
  • Collaborating with team members to support the development and enhancement of consumer protection compliance controls, including leading automation initiatives.
  • Providing guidance to business stakeholders around consumer protection compliance.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of existing consumer protection compliance controls and developing recommendations for improvement and enhancement.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure program awareness and communicate change impact to other business areas.
  • Identifying risk, trends and patterns.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You have experience working in compliance and/or acting as a subject matter expert in federal or state consumer protection law.
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • You have experience working in cross-functional teams within a corporate environment and establishing collaborative relationships with business, legal, and compliance partners.
  • You have experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams.
  • You are action-oriented, resourceful, and approachable while also having the ability to influence and lead change.
  • You’re organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You embrace using data and technology to drive organizational improvements.
  • You are a problem-solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when necessary.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
