About the Role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our Global Operations team by providing analytical insights and operational support for sales processes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform analysis and problem-solving for lower-complexity issues related to sales operations.
  • Support account sales planning activities and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with peers within the organization and provide updates to supervisors.
  • Work with moderate instructions for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and contribute to improving operational efficiency.
  • Act as an individual contributor within a focused team environment.
  • Be prepared to work in rotational shifts if required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales operations, analytics, or similar roles is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Languages: English with French (B2+) and Dutch (B2+) required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
