Senior Manager, Implementation Lead, Value Optimization and Financial Planning team

Location: Virtual, remote worker location possible

Studio Business Group (SBG) is looking for Senior Manager, Implementation Lead supporting formation of the new commercial and value optimization team and supporting implementation of ways of working and processes in team helping its maturation. Commercial and value optimization team is formed amalgamating many functions from other parts of organization into one team combining forecasting, financial planning, modelling and optimization functions. In it initial phases many processes and work practices are immature and unstructured and therefore an Implementation Lead role will support Team Leads and defining and structuring working processes and desired ways of working as well as , where needed, temporarily owning selected deliverables and work. The role with report to Senior Director Value Optimization and Financial Planning and operate collaborating across finance, operations and commercial stakeholders. We are looking for individual who enjoys operating in unstructured environments and takes pride and passion from  bringing structure and process mindset to the organization and is able to take variety of tasks.  The role will be also expected to support Finance Transformation program playing a key role in commercial workstreams supporting transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining and implementation of processes and vision within the value optimization and financial planning team working alongside of the team lead of the function
  • Creating and compiling data and deliverables enabling execution and delivery of tasks in its immature phases;
  • Continually improving processes and practices ensuring processes and working methodologies are documented and result in mature processes less people dependent
  • Support Finance Transformation program (systems, people, culture processes) being a conduit between value optimization and financial planning team and Finance Transition team collaborating effective on delivery of the program
  • Project management of various projects within the team or across the organization
  • Support in preparation for and delivery of senior stakeholder presentations and materials
  • Support in preparing and structuring team meetings
  • Creating and implementing tools supporting teams in day-to-day delivery
  • Facilitate and champion proactive communication and collaboration between various teams
  • Promote a culture of standardization, continuous improvement and collaboration across teams

Qualifications & Skills:

  • BA/BS in business administration, finance, or business management
  • ~7 years of experience in consulting, project management, business management or process implementation roles
  • Finance processes and terminology understanding
  • Passion and interest in gaming will be a plus from culture fit perspective
  • Ability streamline and structure information and data
  • Project management skills
  • Structured ways or working and process improvement mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and working under time constraints
  • Passion and energy for process excellence and continuous improvements
  • Strong communication skills verbally and in writing;
  • Self-starter, showing initiative and ability to work independently
  • Strong work ethic and confidentiality a must
