E-Commerce Business manager – B2B – HP Store UK

Description -

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for the right candidate to join the HP Store team as the E-Commerce Business manager  for HP Store UK  in our B2B area and contribute first-hand to HP’s leadership in Digital Commerce.

Targeting the SMB customer space, in this role you will:

  • Be responsible for strong execution across the 4Ps for the Commercial PC product sets on HP Store.

  • Be accountable for the financial performance of the Commercial PC business, ensuring revenue and margin goals are met to deliver continued break-through profitable growth.

  • Deliver reliable sales forecasts for the quarter on a weekly basis demonstrating a deep understanding of the figures presented

  • Continuously monitor and maximise key e-commerce metrics such traffic volume and quality, conversion rates and average order value, and be able to explain what lies behind the numbers

  • Define and drive growth initiatives to a clear plan with well-defined lead and lag measures

  • Work closely with the Telesales team to ensure they are equipped and focused on maximizing sales opportunities through our existing SMB base, and acquiring new customers

  • Define the quarterly sales & promotional calendar and work with content and performance marketing to execute on sales priorities

  • Manage end-to-end alignment with all supporting functions (Telesales, Performance Marketing, Content teams, Credit & Collection, Operations)

  • Work with Operations to continuously improve Customer fulfillment experience and sales productivity

  • Drive strong engagement and alignment with local Category & Marketing teams

    • Implement online price positioning vs market

    • Define online product offering, special offers / promotions needed + inventory requirements

    • Closely manage the inventory congruence to meet WOS and Aged targets

    • Ensure seamless customer journey between HP.com & HP Store

  • Ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom, including most senior company management

Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically, 5+ years’ experience in a related function within Sales, Category, Planning, Retail

  • Working knowledge of E-Commerce fundamentals preferred (Traffic channels, Digital performance metrics, Search Engine Marketing)

  • Knowledge of HP’s Commercial PC and Print offering and the competitive landscape is good to have but not a must.

  • Bachelor Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree or equivalent experience.
