About the Role:

  • Do you have a desire to advise clients on their security strategy as well as help enhance their preparedness to respond to a cyber attack?

A Consultant in our Readiness Services Team at CrowdStrike is a key partner in helping our valued customers achieve their cybersecurity objectives and build their response readiness

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver incident readiness exercises and workshops, focused on preparing CrowdStrike Services clients for initial response and cybersecurity investigations

  • Facilitate conversations with cybersecurity technical and executive stakeholders around critical complex incident response and cybersecurity preparedness concepts 

  • Develop strategic relationships with customers to demonstrate the value of the CrowdStrike partnership (services, intelligence, product) by participating in thought leadership conversations, sharing industry trends, reviewing ongoing engagements, discussing future security priorities and positioning recommended services. 

  • Advocate for customer needs and issues cross-functionally within CrowdStrike and program-manage customer concerns as well as feedback

  • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of CrowdStrike services, products, and industry leading initiatives 

  • Design and implement business development initiatives, internal improvements and process enhancements. 

What You’ll Need:

Successful candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Experience providing cybersecurity and/or incident response consulting services

  • Experience in client-facing project management with a passion for exceptional customer service

  • Experience in developing strong relationships with a range of security stakeholders

  • Experience implementing/advising on information security programs within domains such as, but not limited to, endpoint security, cloud security, network security, threat intelligence, or security operations centers

  • Ability to balance competing priorities while still maintaining focus and attention to detail

  • Sound knowledge of the cyber threat landscape and current trends

  • Experience of collaborating with internal teams and supporting organizational change

Additionally, all candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent client management skills

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to foster a positive work environment

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with technology such as Jira, SalesForce

  • Experience of incident response retainer models

  • Fluent in German (oral and written)
