Job Description:

Legal, Regulatory and Compliance - These positions are needed to work with the regulation software purchased to allow the company to take a proactive approach in regulations, emergency order and current regulations.  This position will be responsible to alert management of new regulations or emergency orders that are issued.   In addition, there are arises the need in the day to day business operation to research an existing regulations and how we are currently doing business.   The lack of not having this software or a team to handle these requests were shown as a deficiency in a recent internal audit of the BPO.  Lack of understanding new/old regulations could have an impact in Company reputation, client satisfaction, our ability to service the customer and the way that we provide day to day administrative services.   

Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company. These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process.
