As a Hotel Services Assistant, you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of our Kangaroo Point facility.

Things that work for us:

  • Experience with Food Services area including meal preparation, presentation, and distribution, Café Service

  • Capable of assisting residents with laundry, putting clothes away, and general household tasks including cleaning

  • Comfortable developing a relationship with each resident in your care, building trust and familiarity and supporting everyone’s personal space to be homelike, respectful and safe

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

  • High level of customer service skills

  • Know, understand, and adhere to the requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards and Food Safety standards

  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan

  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
