Account Delivery Manager

Description -

Responsibilities:
  • Primary contact for all operational issues representing delivery of all services (all functions) to the customer: design and develop deployment, transition and on-going operation model, and manages performance metrics, reporting, escalation & communication. Contributes to account service delivery plan.
  • Customer relationship management: acts as primary contact for customers and project teams, handle ad-hoc issues and to nurtures to excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Escalation management: cover the escalation from all aspects no matter customer, internal and external parties.
  • Grows understanding of customer at local & country level to analyze delivery requirements & contribute to customer strategic business plan.
  • Cost management: Manages expense/cost target commitments for all service delivery requirements implementing & monitoring expense control.
  • Performance management: : Identifying & analyzing gaps & implementing corrective action plans.
  • Risk management: Ability to effectively and proactively manage risk for low risk projects.
  • Compliance and regulation management: Assures compliance with HP and customer's HR, PR, legal, financial, ethics and government related policies, strategies, and processes.

Education and Experience Required:

  • University Degree in Business Information System or Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Non-IT graduate such as Degree in Business Administration or Marketing with IT knowledge will also be considered.
  • 3 years relevant IT service, IT support or IT managed service experience in commercial environment are highly desired, less experience candidate will be considered as specialist
  • Extra hardware knowledge such as voice and conferencing, desktop computing, printing are definitely an advantage.
  • Industrial knowledge including ISO, ITSM, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamic CRM are mostly welcome.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to build & manage strong customer relationship.
  • Ability to develop & present high impact message to customer.
  • Ability to apply business management & financial concepts to analyze business needs
  • Ability to prepare clear, concise and persuasive communications for multiple audiences, including demonstrating effective writing, presentation skills, listening actively and projecting a trustable image.
  • Ability to understand & analyze an issue or problem to implement a corrective action plan.
  • Ability to proactively & effectively manage risk on low to medium risk projects.
  • Consistently applies Quality & Continuous Improvement Plans
  • Industry sector knowledge (FSI, retail, etc.).
  • Influence & negotiation skill.
  • Crisis & conflict management.
