Primary Function
Reports directly to Executive Manager. The Maintenance Operations Manager has overall responsibility for the planning and execution of all maintenance obligations and lifecycle requirements in support of a customer flight/mission schedule, intermediate and phase maintenance in Houston, TX and depot level maintenance performed in FOL El Paso, TX for all aircraft platforms assigned to AOD. The Maintenance Operations Manager exercises authority in administrative accountability, schedule management, personnel supervision, and aircraft maintenance in a unionized environment. Direct Reports to this position are Aircraft Production Controller, Back shop Production Controller, and Maintenance Control Coordinator.

This position has direct reports and supervises aircraft platform managers daily. This position has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks.
