If you're a compassionate and dedicated PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a role that allows you to truly make a difference, Elara Caring invites you to join our Behavioral Health team in the Worcester Proper area. Schedule: PRN (or part-time) Weekend coverage (starting around 7:00 am)

Your Role as a Behavioral Health PRN LPN:

As a key member of our healthcare team, you’ll ensure that each patient receives the highest standard of care, guided by our mission and values. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide Personalized Care: Deliver care tailored to each patient’s Plan of Care, collaborating closely with RNs and physicians.

  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols while closely monitoring patient responses and documenting outcomes.

  • Promote Patient Well-Being: Assist patients in learning self-care techniques and implement strategies to prevent hospitalizations.

  • Communicate Effectively: Keep open lines of communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.

  • Maintain Standards: Uphold Elara Caring’s commitment to privacy, safety, and the highest level of care.

  • Contribute to a Mission-Driven Team: Work in alignment with the vision set by our leadership, knowing that your work directly supports our collective goal.

What is Required?

  • Current LPN license as required by state

  • 1 year of experience in an acute care or equivalent setting

  • CPR certification with American Heart Association or America Red Cross

  • Home Care experience/Behavioral Health experience strongly preferred but not required

  • Strong communication skills

  • Reliable transportation to perform job duties
