Work Schedule - Monday through Friday Weekends off
Salary plus commissions.
Salary: ***Base Salary + Uncapped Lucrative Commission Potential***
Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + Uncapped Lucrative Commission Structure
Average Commission Year One: $15,000 - $30,000
Average Commission Year Two: $30,000 - $50,000+

Summary
The Customer Development Manager DTS is responsible for leading the pursuit of expansion and renewal of business within their defined book of business (BOB). CDM will coordinate sales process both internally (resources, CAC) and externally with the customer including leading a cross functional pursuit team (Engineering, Operations, Pricing, Safety etc..) in providing a clear direction on strategy, pricing, service, value proposition and presentation message and medium. The focus on this position is for expansion and renewal of sales contracts, engaging the appropriate resources to cross sell other service offerings, solution selling and develop a customer relationship with the accounts in the BOB.
