Role: Retail Sales Clerk, Part-Time

Location: Sussex, NB

Hours/Shift: 10-15 hours/ week; Saturday mandatory + weekday afternoon when needed

What you’ll do

You’ll be the face of our store, ensuring a safe, engaging, and customer-focused environment. From guiding customers and operating registers to replenishing shelves and assisting in the warehouse, you’ll take ownership of creating a seamless shopping experience. Your ability to lead by example and share information will keep our loyal customers coming back.

We’re looking for team players passionate about customer service, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach. You’ll thrive in a dynamic retail setting, contribute to sales development, and ensure smooth operations—all while embracing our Own it mindset to make every interaction count.

You’ll also need

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to lift over 25 kg

  • Forklift training is considered an asset (not required)

  • Ability to work on Saturdays is a must
