In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with the Marketing Manager Northern Europe (NER) and interface with key players in Germany, Benelux, and Sweden, while aligning with European and global marketing strategies. You will support the execution of robust Northern European marketing initiatives, utilizing digital marketing tactics to strengthen our online presence and ensuring that our messaging consistently resonates with our audience.

Your role will demand a proactive approach to project management, the ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team, and proficiency in both German and English. With a focus on strategic execution and continuous improvement, you'll help drive innovation and contribute to the company's overall success.

Tasks and Responsibilities (not limited to:):

  • Coordinate the implementation of multi-faceted marketing campaigns, closely assessing their effectiveness to support brand and business goals.
  • Support the execution of regional digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Ensure the Prologis NER websites content is current and engaging, supporting brand consistency and audience interaction.
  • Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials and digital assets, including email campaigns and online banners.
  • Develop creative power point presentations and proposal documents to support business objectives.
  • Support the leasing and capital deployment teams with marketing collateral for Prologis Parks and other sales enablement assets.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events and building’s launches, supporting a variety of property marketing efforts.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department, handling tasks such as invoice processing and business expense management for operational smoothness.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of (international) marketing experience (B2B environment is preferred) in a coordinating or project management role, preferably within a real estate or logistics/industrial.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong time-management and ability to set and agree priorities.
  • Self-motivated, independent, innovative and creative.
  • Good team working ethics.
  • Willingness to be flexible in working hours and travel. Travelling to our logistics parks, events, etc will be required.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as standard.
  • Ability to work in Adobe InDesign (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is welcome, however relevant trainings can be provided).
