Summary: As a High Volume Recruiting Program Manager, you will design and implement tailored recruiting strategies for retail, call center, and distribution center environments. You will create scalable programs to efficiently handle peak hiring periods and work with business leaders to ensure they have the resources they need to manage day-to-day recruiting efforts. Your role involves developing innovative recruiting solutions for a centralized hub model, planning large-scale hiring events, and utilizing AI tools to enhance the recruiting process. You will be responsible for developing scalable recruiting tools to ensure we follow a fair and equitable interview process, and support managers in developing and enhancing their interview skills. Central to your efforts will be promoting inclusive hiring practices and building representative candidate pools by working with teams to implement effective sourcing plans.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute high-volume recruiting strategies tailored to retail, call center, and/or distribution center environments.
- Create scalable recruiting programs to handle peak hiring periods efficiently, ensuring the ability to meet large-scale staffing needs.
- Design innovative recruiting strategies to support a newly created hub model, where retail stores and customer service employees are centralized in the same location. Develop creative recruiting practices to attract and retain talent for this unique business structure.
- Plan and manage large-scale hiring events and day-of-hiring activities, ensuring smooth operations and successful candidate onboarding.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans to identify and attract a representative pool of candidates, utilizing various channels and methods to support high-volume hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to train them on effective interviewing techniques and hiring best practices, ensuring consistency and quality in the hiring process.
- Develop and distribute comprehensive interview guides, along with recruiting and interviewing tools, to support hiring managers in conducting effective and consistent candidate assessments.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline the recruiting process, enhance candidate sourcing, and improve hiring efficiency.
- Develop and implement programs and tools to quickly assess the skills and qualifications of candidates for frontline positions, ensuring alignment with key competencies and company culture.
- Use data and analytics to track recruiting metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve the recruiting process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Stay updated on recruiting best practices and legal requirements, ensuring all recruiting activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Experience You Bring:
- 5+ years experience managing high-volume recruiting efforts within retail, call center, and/or distribution center environments.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale recruiting programs to meet large-scale staffing needs, especially during peak hiring periods.
- Experience in organizing and executing large-scale hiring events and day-of-hiring activities, ensuring efficient and effective candidate processing.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Experience working closely with hiring managers to train them on interviewing techniques and best hiring practices, ensuring a consistent and high-quality hiring process.
- Familiarity with AI and other recruitment technologies to streamline the hiring process, enhance candidate sourcing, and improve overall recruiting efficiency.
- Knowledge of labor laws and general HR practices.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday experience).
- Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from hiring managers, and other employees in the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Hiring Range: $115,000 to $125,000
At Patagonia, pay ranges are assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget. Note the full pay range for this role ranges from: $100,000-$150,000 USD Annual. The Hiring Range reflects where in the range we intend to hire for this role.
