What You’ll get to Do:

CACI currently has an opening for an experienced Business Analyst to join our CACI Enterprise Services GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) team. As a Business Analyst, you’ll contribute your skills in areas such as requirements gathering, data analysis, documentation, communication, and testing. The ideal candidate should also possess technical aptitude for designing and implementing new business requirements.

In this role, you’ll handle responsibilities related to IT communications, knowledge management, and process improvement. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with functional stakeholders to document new requirements, participate in the design and solutioning process, and ensure successful implementation from inception to completion.

More About the Role:

  • Collect and document functional requirements.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications by collaborating with developers.
  • Create test cases and conduct front-end testing using documented and ad hoc test scenarios.
  • Create test cases and conduct back-end testing using interface specifications, Excel, SQL, and other automation tools.
  • Provide advice and recommendations on process best practices.
  • Analyze business processes to identify improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions.
  • Utilize various techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, storyboards) to understand business requirements.
  • Communicate with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel.
  • Create and distribute IT communications related to software, hardware, upgrades, outages, processes, and policies.
  • Understand relevant business areas to build high-quality requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting proposed solutions.
  • Translate technical documentation into clear, concise language for end users.
  • Prioritize requirements with business and delivery teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions to resolve competing priorities.
  • Create artifacts (business case documentation, job aids, how-to articles, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain knowledge, including periodic review and feedback.
  • Support delivery teams during development, testing, and deployment.
  • Review delivery team output to ensure correct interpretation of requirements.
  • Document current processes and models to identify inefficiencies or gaps.
  • Assist in prioritizing opportunities for streamlining business processes with a focus on end user experience.
  • Determine appropriate automation solutions to address business needs.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • MUST BE A US CITIZEN.
  • Must have a related BA/BS Degree and a minimum of 3 years of related business analyst experience.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow knowledge management module.
  • Practical knowledge of project management.Working knowledge of ITIL functions including Change Management, Problem Management, Request Management
  • Experience with IT service delivery methodologies, procedures, principles, and practices.
  • Experience supporting applications.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems with logical solutions, multitask, and make fact-based decisions.
  • Proficient in plain language writing.
  • Apply advanced understanding of standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint Online, MS Forms, MS Planner, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Certification.
  • Working knowledge of service delivery frameworks and methodologies, including Agile, PMBOK, and ITIL.
  • Experience with PowerBI and SQL.
