Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Senior Manager, Business Support, Vertical Startup will join the Reverse Operations Acceleration and Support team and is a Bentonville based position. The main goal is to manage some significant updates to our Reverse Logistics Network, initially a complete WMS conversion. This exciting opportunity will help ensure improvement related projects can move forward inside of our RC’s while allowing our RC’s to continue to focus on servicing our customers. This will work primarily with Senior Site Leadership and the Engineering, Construction, Global Tech and Support teams who have executional scope on the project.  The role is based in Bentonville, AR and reports to Jeff Coran, Director, Process Improvement, Reverse Operation and will leverage expertise from our FC Vertical Startup teamThis role requires 50-75% travel. 

 

This role is a pivotal position within the Reverse Operations Acceleration and Support team, offering a unique opportunity to drive significant improvements in the Reverse Logistics Network while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll sweep us off our feet if… 

  • Understand FC/RC operations and the different departments inside the FCs/RCs. 

  • Can manage a major project with many phases and stakeholders and report out on projects and escalate risks. 

  • Have solid project management and analytical skills. 

  • Able to create SQL queries in Google Big Query and MS SQL. 

  • Ability to present at the Executive level on project progress and risks. 

 

You’ll make an impact by… 

  • Managing and helping implement projects by serving as the boots on the ground operations representative to connect the project to the site operations team. 

  • Protecting site operations from the friction of improvement projects in their buildings by serving as the RC representative and consultant so the site can focus on their operation and servicing Walmart customers, sellers and store management 

  • Providing visibility and project status updates to Senior level leadership on the status of current projects and potential risks to timelines and milestones, as well as the operational impacts of these risks.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
