About the Team

We are a team passionate about delivering Workday to our Professional Services customers! The Workday PSA Consulting team is an industry focused group that ensures successful deployments by architecting, configuring, testing, and deploying the Workday PSA solution to meet the specific needs of our customers and advising them on the best way to use Workday in their industry.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s PSA solution for the professional services industry customers and help establish and champion best practices for all PSA deployments. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience implementing Projects, Project Billing, Project Budgets, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts, Resource Forecasting, and Resource Management along with knowledge of PSA touchpoints such as Expenses and Time Tracking.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years delivering consulting engagements as a Lead Consultant implementing financial applications (Workday, SAP, Oracle, Financial Force, Kantata, Microsoft Dynamics, Deltek, Planview, Netsuite etc.) with a focus in one of the following sub areas (revenue accounting, PSA, project accounting, CPQ, order to cash).

OR

  • 2+ years of experience working with various industries implementing Workday PSA and/or financial functionality or comparable enterprise cloud applications


Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Strong background in Workday consulting is a plus 

  • Prior experience in SAAS implementation methodologies

  • Strong background in Workday deployment methodology and processes is a plus

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships

  • Prior experience leading cross functional initiatives and providing organizational strategy 

  • Prior experience leading cross functional initiatives and providing solutions supporting project and customer teams. 

  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, with proficiency in communicating across internal teams and customers through executive leadership

  • Ability to work independently and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Resourceful and adaptable; you’ll be comfortable working in a new role, using a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomy

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

This position can be remote. Preference will be given to people located near Workday offices.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $116,900 USD - $175,400 USD


 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,100 USD - $196,000 USD
