Keystone Human Services IT Department has an exciting opportunity for an Information Security & Infrastructure Administrator.  This is a hybrid position, with requirement to be in the corporate office in Harrisburg, PA twice per month. 
The Information Security & Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for developing, maintaining, monitoring, and executing the tasks and projects necessary to provide adequate information security throughout the company. The Information Security & Infrastructure Administrator has a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles and practices, infrastructure and a passion for protecting our organization from threats.
 

Position specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to - 
•     Conducts or facilitates vulnerability assessments and risk analysis as indicated by organizational goals and regulatory requirements 
•     Assists in the ongoing development of the Information Security Program, including answering questions about security, responding to security incidents, and making recommendations for security improvements. 
•    Works with the Director, system administrators, project leads, and other personnel to ensure that security issues are addressed as they arise. 
•    Designs and implement cybersecurity solutions, including in both cloud and on-premises environments. 
•    Reviews, collects, analyzes, and correlates malware and security events from multiple sources, creates summary reports. 
•    Analyzes logs generated by servers, firewalls, and applications to detect anomalies and investigates when appropriate. 
•    Designs, develops, and implements configurations and procedures associated with the security components of mobile device management. 
•    Designs, develops, and implements configurations and procedures with the security components of MS365, Microsoft Purview, and cybersecurity software. 
•    Performs business telephony administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting under the guidance of IT Infrastructure leadership. 
•    Manages and optimizes cloud environments including provisioning, monitoring, cost optimization and security management. 
•    Creates and maintains clear, accurate documentation and resolution of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures. 

 REQUIREMENTS 
•    High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 
•    Minimum of six (6) years Information Systems experience and at least three (3) years of cybersecurity related experience. 
•    Knowledge of standards, rules and regulations related to Information Security and data confidentiality. 
•    Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret and apply written information. 
•    Ability to learn and apply advanced computer skills, including the use of software and other web-based systems. 
•    Ability to pass required background checks and clearances. 
•    Valid driver’s license and daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle.
