JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

 Compile data from all contracted agencies on a monthly/quarterly/as needed basis regarding the activities of the WISH – Lee program. Coordinate with partnering agencies in gathering appropriate data.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compile data from all contracted agencies on a monthly/quarterly/as needed basis regarding the activities of the WISH – Lee program.
  • Coordinate with partnering agencies in gathering appropriate data.
  • Analyze and report data to program supervisor, partnering agencies, project director, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Assist in problem solving and make recommendations on adjustments needed to meet outcome goals. 
  • Maintain clear and accurate data collection with appropriate software.
  • Provide support to the program supervisor and project director as necessary.
  • Complete all required agency trainings as to maintain 100% compliance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Understand and clearly articulate contract deliverables as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
  • Must have reliable transportation, liability insurance, and FL driver’s license.
  • Familiarity with Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access) is required.
  • Must be highly organized, strong communication and writing skills, able to multitask, and coordinate with various partnering agencies.
  • Demonstrate patience, attention to detail, organization, communication, research, and decision-making skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level              

High school diploma or GED required.  Bachelor’s degree in communications, business management, psychology, or a related field preferred.

Years of Experience       

Bilingual preferred.  Experience working in an organization that provides behavioral health and/or addictions treatment services preferred          

Certification/Licensure 

Must have reliable transportation, liability insurance and Florida Driver’s license in good standing.

$18.20--$25.50
