Job Description:
The Raceway Supply Chain Coordinator will oversee a variety of administrative and logistical tasks to support the smooth functioning of the RaceWay Supply Chain department. This individual will play a key role in tracking and optimizing our supply chain processes and programs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, support franchisee needs, and enhance overall performance.
Responsibilities:
- Provides logistical support for new store openings and programs. Coordinates with vendors, franchisees, and the new store team to ensure a smooth rollout of offerings.
- Assists with the collection, analysis and interpretation of data related to franchisee programs and promotions, sales, and compliance.
- Prepares and presents reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to key stakeholders and vendors.
- Assists the supply chain team in evaluating supply chain data and market trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations that drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and external vendors to optimize franchisee programs and promotions and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintains supply chain performance metrics and KPIs to measure and track key areas such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and supplier performance.
- Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and logistics.
- Conducts ad-hoc needs for supply chain initiatives.
- Provides support for department initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
- 0-1 years of experience in supply chain analysis, data analytics, or related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Suite, Power BI, etc. preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices preferred.
- Proactive and a self-starter.
