Job Summary:

As a Senior Analyst for the Global Tech Academy, your primary responsibility will be to support the coordination and administration of a range of learning interventions and ensuring the smooth functioning of operations, publishing on and managing the Learning Management System, data management & reporting. You will play a crucial part in providing insights and actionable recommendations to optimize learning strategies and drive continuous improvement.

What you will do:

  • Work as part of the Global Tech Academy team to help with the setting up and executing various learning interventions (e-learning, workshops and accelerator programs).
  • Learning Management Systems data creation and management – creating courses & sessions, publishing registration links, monitoring nominations, preparing attendance roosters, sending welcome emails & training invites, sending no show emails, closing sessions, collecting feedback, and consolidating attendance, feedback, and other training data.
  • Interact with external vendors for coordination and execution of learning workshops – meeting invites including zoom links, lab setup instructions, conducting pre & post-tests and sharing of training material.
  • Working with Procurement & Finance team for mapping, tracking, and reporting learning data against procurement and finance data.

What you will bring:

  • Possess a strong understanding of learning and development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Ability to navigate and administer LMS functionalities.
  • Experience with data management and reporting.
  • Evidence of strong administrative and organizational skills. Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results within allocated resources.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Proactive and self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Minimum Qualification

  • 3+ years’ experience as part of Learning and Development team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a degree similar degree in any field
  • Understanding of the Learning Management Systems to execute the above responsibilities.
  • Hands on experience with MS Office applications including MS Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivots, macros, etc.), Tableau and other similar tools.
