About the Role

Position：高级经理,人力发展岗

岗位职责：

• 协助部门负责人完成年度Recruitment & Retention项目规划与推动

• 人力发展方案推动执行督导，人才引荐活动的企划与执行

• 推动、追踪新人留存和主管晋升及团队相关活动的实施

• 定期进行营销队伍现状分析，及时追踪营销队伍人力、产能等基本情况，提供数据支持

• 支持组织及举办新人面试、事业说明会等相关活动，追踪与推动分公司软性EOP活动的举办与执行情况 • 定期制作与分析分公司人力发展的日常KPI数据报表及竞赛战报

• 完成部门主管指定的其他工作

岗位要求：

• 大学本科或以上学历，保险专业或市场营销专业优先

• 相关从业经验8年以上，寿险代理人渠道内勤从业经验３年以上；精通寿险营销业务制度，有丰富的代理人渠道的人力招募、业务发展推动和团队管理经验

• 具备培训、操班能力 • 具备课程开发及讲授能力

• 沟通协调能力，执行力强 • 组织策划能力和业务敏感度

• 团队管理与合作能力

• 熟练运用OFFICE办公软件、熟练制作业绩报表，良好的写作能力
