About our team: You will be working within the sales support and administration function as a generalist using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.

About the role: You will support sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training and financing. 


Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and communicating the Variable Compensation Process

  • Being the direct Contact for All Sales Reps for All VC questions sent to business Intel Team 

  • Owning the Intl Account Assignment Change Process 

  • Documenting changes to VC Process throughout the year and communication of that process to Sales team

  • Working with the ISEP team to create visual aids for documentation

  • Owning the GPR Process & Communications of GPR decisions to Directors 

  • Owning the annual territory planning once they understand the Account Assignment Process, and how to navigate the account assignment changes

  • Being the initial VC Query Form Intake responder 

Requirements: 

  • Demonstrate a proficient level of Excel including formulas and exporting reports

  • Have ideally worked in a sales support function previously 

  • Have ability to communicate clear functional specifications and process to Sales Team and Sales Leadership

  • Be able to work cohesively as part of a team, accomplishing mutual team goals

  • Demonstrate organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills

  • Be able to use Microsoft 365 Suite and Power Automate
