As a key player in HVDC tendering, you will document, communicate, and coordinate sustainability requirements, ensuring they align with HVDC sustainability framework. Collaborate with passionate internal stakeholders to meet customer needs and actively participate in tender meetings and steering committees. Transition seamlessly into the execution phase as the Sustainability Manager, where you’ll oversee contract sustainability, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage impactful reporting.

Your responsibilities 

  • You will lead and co-ordinate sustainability requirements during tendering and project execution, including cross-functional collaboration.
  • You will communicate project specific sustainability requirements to meet customer needs and drive continuous improvement.  
  • Consider sustainability-related legal requirements when executing projects.
  • You will monitor, analyze and take actions on sustainability KPI’s in the projects that deviates from defined targets and digital development of supporting tools

Your background 

  • You have a bachelor's degree in sustainability or a related field
  • Prior work experience in managing or coordinating large infrastructure projects. Preferably in environmental or sustainability management
  • Experience within the area of laws and regulations compliance understand and experience of Sustainability reporting
  • Enjoy the challenge of working within and across teams to lead change and improvements within the business
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
