About the role:

We are at an exciting stage in our journey as we pivot from a sales-led to a product-first go-to-market motion. Our goal is to drive adoption of our platform by fostering a thriving user community while continuing to engage with the enterprise clients who have joined the journey. To lead this transformation, we are looking for a Sales leader who will work shoulder to shoulder with the CEO, Head of Product, and Customer Success leader becoming a critical partner in shaping company’s future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with the leadership team to craft and implement a product-led go-to-market strategy through community engagement while sustaining and growing enterprise revenue.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Develop a deep understanding of Gravity Sketch’s product and customer needs. Champion a sales approach that aligns with the value we deliver to design teams.

  • Design and Scale Sales Processes: Build and refine scalable sales processes that support both product-led growth and enterprise growth. Define metrics and KPIs to track success and optimize performance.

  • Drive Enterprise Sales: Manage and nurture relationships with key enterprise customers. Help maintain existing revenue streams while aligning enterprise sales efforts with product-driven growth initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Bridge the gap between the product’s technical capabilities and prospective customer’s expectations/requirements.

  • Team Building and Leadership: performance manage and develop the current sales team; as Gravity Sketch grows, hire and lead a high-performing team members. Instill a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

  • Metrics and Accountability: Leverage data to drive decisions and track both sales performance and product adoption, ensuring we meet growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS business

  • Experience delivering products or services at scale as part of a revenue org

  • Previous experience working at a startup, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Experience transitioning from a traditional sales-led approach to product-led growth (PLG) or vice versa, with a deep understanding of PLG principles

  • Clear understanding of enterprise SaaS, particularly with long sales cycles and high-value accounts

  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to overall company strategy

  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate the value of Gravity Sketch to both customers and internal teams

  • Data-driven decision maker, with experience using metrics to track sales performance and product adoption

  • Hands-on leadership style, with a passion for working directly with customers and diverse teams to achieve goals

  • Able to work from our Brixton, London studio at least twice per week
