Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst is a critical role that will take ownership of the operational processes that drive revenue growth and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales, marketing, and customer success performance. This role will focus on supporting, monitoring, and optimizing the revenue process which involves multiple internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and reporting skills, strategic insights, and a passion for driving efficiency across the revenue funnel.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze and interpret revenue data to generate actionable insights that guide decision-making for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Provide input into broader RevOps strategies to support the organization’s growth objectives, contributing to the continuous improvement of revenue processes.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate revenue tracking and forecasting models to ensure alignment between the finance, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Work closely with finance, sales, marketing, and customer success to provide actionable insights, ensuring alignment on revenue goals and operational processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation for revenue operations processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Assist in the implementation of new tools, technologies, or strategies aimed at improving revenue operations.
  • Build custom reports and distribute requested reports for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS from accredited university in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent business experience in revenue operations context).
  • 3-5 years’ hands-on experience in revenue operations or business analyst role.
  • Experience building pivot tables and using other advanced functions in Excel.
  • Experience working with reports (including the use of formulas) and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Able to develop custom reports in Tableau, preferred.
  • Experience with SQL database and queries.
  • Able to work and execute on assigned tasks independently, with little to no supervision.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving operational challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Travel Required: No regularly scheduled travel is expected for this role.
