Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Java Enterprise Edition. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java Enterprise Edition. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, providing guidance and support as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of applications, including working with developers, testers, and project managers. - Ensure that applications are developed and deployed in accordance with best practices and industry standards, including maintaining code quality and ensuring that applications are secure and scalable. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, helping to develop their skills and expertise in Java Enterprise Edition and related technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Hibernate ORM and Java Full Stack Development. - Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with web application development, including working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with database design and development, including working with SQL and NoSQL databases. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
