Summary: As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) to deliver impactful solutions to our clients in Bengaluru. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions for our clients. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, utilizing your expertise in SAP Manufacturing Batch Management as a value-add. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a must-have skill. - Experience with SAP Manufacturing Batch Management is a good-to-have skill. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Experience in providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
