What would you do? Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services You will be part of Supply Chain Planning Team which is responsible for end to end supply planning and execution In Supply Planning you will assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Supply Planning capabilities including inventory planning/optimization, materials requirements planning, distribution requirements planning, supplier collaboration and supply planning within integrated planning.
What are we looking for? •Proficiency with SQL, BQ, and JavaScript/Google Apps Script •Excellent communication and client management skills •Familiarity with Supply Chain operations and EDI/JSON transaction logic •Attention to detail and ability to quickly find anomalies •Analytical and problem-solving skills •Advanced skills in the use of spreadsheets •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment •Self-starter with a bias for action •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English •Experience in using an ERP system •Experience in any project/process improvement methodologies and project tracking (Kaizen, 8D, Six Sigma, 5S, Scrum, Agile, Kanban, etc.)
Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts • Understand the logic of Supply Chain EDI/JSON transactions and monitor daily transactions with multiple suppliers through EDI. • Remediate transaction errors immediately by working with Suppliers, as well as IT Support Teams in India and the US, and performing manual transactions in the ERP system. • Maintain inventory accuracy at suppliers and address any inventory variances. • Drive efficiencies to create better inventory accuracy. • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for EDI/JSON errors and inventory variances. • Achieve improvements to improve accuracy and operational efficiency and be able to quantitatively measure and report improvement gains. • Liaise with the IT team to drive improvements to the transaction processes. • Answer inquiries from assigned tickets.
