A Day in the Life
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the Digital Health Central team, whose mission is to design, implement, and scale digital technologies that transform the entire continuum of patient care. These innovations drive hospital efficiency and foster improved clinical and patient outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
Technical Tasks:
Support the Product Manager in day-to-day activities, including managing improvement requests, improving product documentation, driving the digitalisation of healthcare processes, and overseeing quality documentation related to the platform.
Create dashboards with impact indicators to support hospital decision-making.
Provide support in the investigation of potential technical issues related to the digital platform.
Desirable Knowledge and Skills
Understanding of the healthcare environment.
Knowledge of end-user training and change management.
Understanding of different clinical and care processes within the hospital setting.
Requirements
Experience with Business Intelligence tools and data analysis/visualisation.
Proactivity and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Ability to work across multiple projects.
Autonomy and the ability to meet objectives independently, manage project expectations, and demonstrate a problem-solving and excellence-driven mindset.
Sense of responsibility.
Work Experience: Not required – internship position only.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Degree Area: Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or similar.
Languages
Minimum requirement: English (Reading: Advanced / Writing: Advanced / Speaking: Advanced)
*The position will be conducted primarily in English.
Additional Information
Internship agreement required.
Duration: 12 months (extendable by an additional 6 months).
Full-time position.
Flexible working hours: start between 7:30–10:00 and finish between 16:00–18:30.
Intensive schedule on Fridays and during summer months.
On-site presence: minimum 3 days per week.
Study grant: €1,000 gross/month + Meal allowance (Ticket Restaurant card).
