Job Description

The Product Owner Intern will support product discovery and delivery efforts for Ensora.ai, contributing to AI‑driven enhancements across our platform. This internship offers hands‑on experience with product management practices, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional teamwork. Working closely with Product Owners, engineering, and business stakeholders, you will assist with research, requirements development, and analysis to help shape meaningful product improvements.

This opportunity is ideal for students who are curious, analytical, and excited to learn how customer insights, data, and business priorities guide product decisions.

Must be a current college student in undergrad (junior or senior) or grad school.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct competitive and market research related to claims analytics and AI‑powered capabilities.

  • Support requirements gathering by documenting business needs, user problems, and product ideas.

  • Analyze data, customer inputs, and research findings to identify trends and product opportunities.

  • Draft basic user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.

  • Participate in product meetings such as sprint planning, reviews, and stakeholder discussions.

  • Organize and maintain product artifacts, including notes, research summaries, and backlog items.

  • Assist in communicating product insights and recommendations to internal teams.

  • Learn and apply foundational product management and agile delivery practices throughout the internship.

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any field with interest in product management, technology, analytics, or customer‑centered problem solving.

  • Juniors or Seniors preferred.

  • Strong curiosity about how digital products are built and improved through insights and data.

  • Comfortable working with information, research, or basic data analysis (formal experience not required).

  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, take feedback, and learn quickly.

  • Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a fast‑paced team environment.

  • No prior product management experience required.

Additional Information

While we've outlined some key qualities we typically seek, it's essential to remember that there might be additional unique strengths and talents you possess that would make you an exceptional match for us, even if they're not explicitly mentioned. Studies have consistently highlighted the significance of this principle, particularly for individuals from disenfranchised backgrounds, including women and other marginalized groups. These individuals often hesitate to apply unless they meet every single requirement, unlike their male counterparts who are more inclined to apply when they meet around 60% of the criteria.

The message we want to convey is that taking a leap of faith and applying can be incredibly rewarding. Your distinct abilities and perspectives could be exactly what we need to create a more diverse and inclusive team. So, don't hesitate—apply today and let's explore the exciting possibilities together!

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
