What will you be doing?

In this role you will become a trusted advisor and change leader within our global FP&A community. You will work to document, improve and standardise the way core FP&A processes operate. Each day you will engage with diverse stakeholders, map complex workflows, identify gaps and lead initiatives that improve effectiveness, efficiency and consistency. You will guide teams through Lean practices, support them in embedding improvements and champion a culture of continuous learning. From enabling cross functional alignment to coaching project teams and bringing AI enabled enhancements into practice, you will shape the future of how FP&A delivers value across the business.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Identifying and documenting key FP&A processes, including creating end to end process maps

  • Leading Value Stream Mapping and other cross functional improvement initiatives that enhance performance, efficiency and customer experience

  • Coaching and training teams in continuous improvement tools and practices, while building capability across the function

  • Embedding a culture of process excellence and supporting the introduction of AI enabled optimisation opportunities

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role comes from bringing together deep continuous improvement expertise, strong collaboration and an ability to turn complexity into clarity. You will thrive in this position if you enjoy shaping transformation, influencing diverse stakeholders and driving improvements that last.

To be successful you will bring

  • Ten or more years of experience in process excellence, continuous improvement or project management, including hands on use of Lean Six Sigma tools

  • Experience working within SSC or BPO environments and leading large cross functional initiatives

  • A continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical and decision making skills and the ability to build alignment across stakeholders

  • Knowledge of Agile methods, practical experience with improvement tools and an ability to coach and inspire teams
