Job Title: Finance Analyst

Location: Beijing (preferred) or Shanghai

Reporting Line: Solid line to China Finance BP manager, Dot line to APAC FP&A leader

Key Responsibilities

• Provide multi-dimensional visibility of Topline/PL/BS/Cashflow performance, identify opportunity to improve performance and mitigate risks

• Play business partner role and provide input to facilitate business decision making

• Take part in strategic planning and execution process

• Be the competence center of internal IT tools for China finance

• Drive continuous improvement in financial data processing and report value-adding

• Support collection of long-ageing overdue AR Actively contribute to global transformation projects      

• Other ad-hoc assignments

Essential skills and experience

• Preferably work experience in audit firms (Big 4)  

• Inhouse FP&A or finance business partner experience

• Software business exposure as a strong plus 

• Bachelor or above degree in Accounting or Financial Management 

• Fluent written and oral English is a must

• Logical and structured problem-solving skills, good analytical skills
