About the position!
Location: Warsaw or Katowice - Poland

As an important team member you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and buying of goods, materials and services to meet the Company’s operational requirements.
On daily basis you will manage the process of purchasing the 3rd Party Manufacturing (3PM) services, materials and to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality, delivery, sustainability and continuity of supply.
Your key objective will be to deliver on key financial targets such as Value Creation through savings and cash flow improvement.
You will support the business and communicate any supply problems which may impact on operations. To achieve this, you will act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments.
To deliver all the best results you will be regularly checking the market possibilities for new supply alternatives, monitoring market trends, building knowledge on trends, capabilities to provide market insight to internal stakeholders and support strategic decision. In addition, you will analyze raw, pack materials costs, and create benchmarks for make or buy decisions.
You will evaluate suppliers and contribute to performance reviews to ensure right Supplier Relationship Management.
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
You are an ideal candidate if you have previous experience of working in a purchasing team preferably within a manufacturing environment.
You have deep dive analytical skills with strong demonstrated problem solving abilities.
You are able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills are necessary.
We expect that you will be able to interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
You are familiar with Excel (must have), SAP (nice to have) or other ERP system.
Fluent English is a must.
