Job Description

Define and deliver site digital master plan in-line with site compelling business need. Lead multi-functional digital team at the site and partner with GBS service lines to deliver the site operational targets, compliance, and substantial value creation results. Responsible for driving all aspects of digital operations within the site including governance and operational excellence. Active member of the site leadership team and leads regular digital portfolio reviews with key stakeholders. Drive digital innovation and Lead top critical projects at site and any regional/global projects in the BU. Anticipates and communicates future needs and innovation opportunities to sector leadership and service lines. Responsible for managing IT budget at site.

Job Qualifications

Required

  • IT Operations: Manage applications and infrastructure components in a production environment. 
  • Project/Portfolio Management: Ability to successfully deliver medium to large projects with excellent collaboration and discipline.
  • Integrated Risk Management: Understanding of IT compliance, governance, and risk management.
  • Collaboration/Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with and coach a multifunctional team, and broader teams across, to deliver value, operational excellence, and innovation for the site. 
  • Leadership: Self-starter. Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo, learn continuously, and apply expertise to deliver business value. Ability to work independently and effectively in a highly matrix organization.

 

Preferred

  • Experience working with multifunctional teams to deliver medium to high complexity projects.
  • Demonstrated track record of portfolio management and driving digital interventions to transform/simplify business process.
  • Solid understanding of IT operations. (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
  • Certified in CISA, ITIL Foundation, CCNA, Agile DevOps, PMP, DAMA.
  • Experience with industrial IT networks and industrial automation.
  • Robotics, Machine Vision, and/or Networking skills are a plus.
  • Programming knowledge and experience desired, i.e., Python, SQL, C/C++, C#, etc.

 

Pay Range: $125,000 - $150,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of equal opportunity factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of experience.
