About the Team:

The International Markets product development team is primarily responsible for defining the experience for international buyers and sellers and making eBay a truly global shopping destination.

We are an inclusive team made up of 19 nationalities, and how we do things as a team are just as important as what we do. As part of the global Core Product organization, our focus extends beyond international markets’ needs. We often collaborate with other teams to solve high impact customer experiences across the business. We are on a mission to not only improve eBay customer experience, but also its technology and agile adoption.

To do this, our cross-functional team include Product Management, all aspects of Product Development including DevOps, and UX all working together every day. We are continually striving for the highest quality, and work in small focused teams following bits of Scrum, Kanban, with a healthy dose of Extreme Programming (p.s. these aren't buzzwords, we mean it when we say we do this stuff). We leverage innersource to contribute to all codebases at eBay. We are collocated and closely interact with eBay Germany’s business teams and other eBay teams across the globe on a daily basis.
