Job Details

This position is responsible for driving revenue and sales growth; thought the effective management of Operational Training; Special Projects; Field Service Engineering Groups; and Application Subject Matter Experts across geographies.

Accountable to lead comprehensive customer solutions including) as well as technical services and field service.

Drive strategic collaboration cross functionally to ensure timely, appropriate implementation of processes as well as solid understanding of customer activity to enhance sales results and meet global customers’ needs.   Advocate and act as the voice of the customer within the Global Commercial Plasma and Blood Center organization in support of global customer product requirements. 

Identify and drive implementation of effective product and field management to ensure best profitability approach for HAE and best customer experience. Work cross functionally with supply chain and quality global teams to provide guidance on planning, reporting, fleet management, and contract administration as well as to increase best in class service on product platform.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive customer solutions including customer implementations, validation and training as well as technical services, field service, and supporting vendor relationships, to ensure successful product utilization and driving increased revenue  to achieve sales results.

  • Partners with global sales teams and key customers to ensure staff effectively analyzes new and existing account potential, specifically for the expansion or growth for the introduction of new technology or programs to the account.

  • Review and approve as needed customized implementation plans that maximize identified customer opportunity including needs for customer site specific implementation plans based on an analysis of customer market size and potential

  • Drive service operations global teams to ensure a focus on key strategic & tactical objectives to enhance efficiency of the organization and to foster customer success with product implementation and application knowledge

  • Collaborate with global Sales, Marketing, Quality, R&D and Manufacturing Leadership to ensure the appropriate strategic plans are set, as well as the implementation plans, resourcing plans to achieve objectives.

  • Leads and participates in strategic & complex projects that will result in enhanced system capabilities & products quality, process enhancements, and cost effectiveness, and implementation of new sales operations strategies to achieve significant business performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Responsible for people management, from talent identification; recruitment; and ensuring staff competency and maintenance of technical proficiency.  Through personal development planning and training.

  • Ensure team delivers revenue, organizational and team goals. Ensures resource capacity is optimized to deliver on annual goals and customer expectations. Proactively manages hurdles (internally or externally driven) to prevent any revenue and resource interruptions. 

  • Directly responsible for overseeing the technical delivery and servicing requirements of our product lines to our customers in order to ensure world class customer experience, achieve revenue targets and goals of Haemonetics products and services for the region.

Education & Experience

  • Master's Degree - Science, Nursing, or Medical Technology

  • 10+ years - Leading large teams in matrix, complex environments, responsible experience in driving sales results & Commercial Operations groups acquired in the Medical Device industry

  • 3-5 years - Experience in driving change management, business process re-engineering

  • Prior Product Launch Experience and Commercial Plasma or Blood Center Experience preferred

  • Prior management of Service Organization
