A Product Manager at Envoy is charged with influencing, inspiring, and leading teams to build products and features customers use and love while contributing positively to Envoy's business. As the Senior Product Manager for Growth, your mission is to drive the growth of our self-service business and revolutionize the way our customers interact with and derive value from our products. You will lead the charge in creating seamless, intuitive, and highly effective self-service experiences that empower our users to achieve their goals independently. Your role is to transform data insights into actionable strategies that drive user engagement, conversion, and retention. You will champion a culture of experimentation, enabling rapid learning and iteration across the organization.
You will be responsible for building, developing, and laying the foundations for a world-class, insight-oriented Growth team to define and deliver a backlog of experiments aimed at improving prioritized metrics & user experiences including areas such as Acquisition, Activation, Retention/Engagement, & Monetization.
This is a hybrid position that requires at least 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.
Envoy's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, and great benefits. If you are located in San Francisco Bay Area, our expected cash compensation for this role is $190,000 - $214,000 (Annually). Final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
