About the role:
The Contracts Manager will be a key member of our growing Counsel team at Narmi, reporting to the General Counsel (Amy Pardee). You will work closely with leaders and colleagues across the business, especially the Sales, Partnerships and Operations functions, to review, analyze, revise and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts. You’ll also oversee the contract management system, Ironclad. The expected annual base salary for this role is $80,000 - $125,000. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
