JR62499 IT Business Process Analyst

  • Broad knowledge and experience in: Advance Excel, Budget management, HW Specifications understanding and Procurement knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to: Multitask, thinking out of the box & question the normal
  • Should collaborate with Local IT teams at all the Sites and Asset Management to ensure PC provision policies are met
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to manage hardware purchases and vendor contracts.
  • Able to create and Analyze reports for effective inventory levels.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data from multiple sources.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure accurate asset records.
  • Collaborate actively within the IT team and with cross-functional teams.
  • Have minimal knowledge on different applications like SAP, Ariba, and Service Now
  • Work with each sites local site Field Services team to guide PC installations and facilitation of users to the new PC.
  • Must be able to Maintain reports on existing PCs level, upcoming New Hire requests, Hardware and Peripherals information across all sites.
  • Manage the end - to - end process related to purchase requisition creation, approval and purchase order amendments.
  • Proactively gather hardware requirements and create budget scope.
  • Able to formulate budget globally for the program based per user and per cost price.
  • Perform analysis on weekly and monthly basis on spend data, process inflow, requisition and purchase order related queries for process improvements

Qualification and experience:

  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in similar role in IT Asset Management, with a focus on hardware and procurement tools
  • Proven experience in leading and developing hardware asset programs.
  • Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Good knowledge of Service Now.
  • Have experience working on Ariba and or similar ordering catalog.
  • Good Knowledge on Power BI and or any similar application.
  • Thorough knowledge on Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Understanding of SCCM
  • Understanding of HAM (ServiceNow Hardware asset Management)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or B. Com MBA Business Administration

Experience: 6 -7 Yrs.
