Summary:
As a Data Management Practitioner, you will maintain the quality and compliance of an organization's data assets. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing data strategies that ensure data integrity while enforcing governance policies. You will establish protocols to handle data, safeguard sensitive information, and optimize data usage within the organization. Additionally, you will design and advise on data quality rules and set up effective data compliance policies, ensuring that the organization adheres to best practices in data management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in data management.
- Monitor and evaluate data management processes to identify areas for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with data quality assessment and improvement techniques.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation processes.
- Ability to develop and implement data compliance policies.
• 6+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with at least 2 years hands-on in Reltio and Informatica Cloud MDM.
• Proven experience in at least one successful Reltio-to-Informatica MDM migration or similar enterprise MDM migrations.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts: data mastering, golden records, match & merge, hierarchy management, survivorship.
• Proficiency in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Cloud MDM (Customer 360, Business 360), and Data Integration components.
• Expertise in data modeling, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integration frameworks.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one data transformation language or tool.
• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD for data pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica MDM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
