Role 

 

Corporate (Regional) Accounting Analyst 

 

Roles and Responsibility - Specific 

Critical 

  • Effectively Execute smooth Statutory audit working with Big four audit manager / partner within time as per plan 

  • Effectively plan and execute monthly, quarterly and annual closings 

  • Reconcile all the General Ledger (GL) accounts & prepare schedules on a monthly basis and for statutory audit 

  • Prepare and Review financial statements (TB, BS and PL) in time and provide MIS report to Manager, controller and management 

  • Manage accounting transactions 

Good to have 

  • Manage banking transactions, vendor payments and cash flow monitoring 

  • Identify opportunity to Automate, Digitize, Standardize (simplify) the accounting processes wherever feasible. 

  • Provide support to tax related accounting and tax audits 

  • Review tax compliances and recons like TDS, GST etc and ensure BS and PL are rightly reflected 

 

Roles and Responsibility - General 

  • Managing Banking /Payment operations liasoning with Bank for Payments and Forex Invoices, Cashflow forecast & monitoring 

  • Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department 

  • Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements 

  • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting processes as per policies  

 

Our Ideal Candidate 

  • Individual contributor 

  • Good hands on Experience with general ledger functions (SAP FICO) 

  • Worked in MNC Company in India in accounting department(Controllership) with 6-10 years’ experience, managing Month/Qtr close and Statutory audits, Control & compliances  

  • Proven working experience as Accounting Analyst or Finance Assistant manager. 

  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations 

  • High attention to detail and accuracy 

  • Very good Excel, Ability to manipulate large amounts of data, and good analytical skills 

  • Collaborative and working with teams to achieve result. 

  • Some background/understanding of an operations environment, Time management, Decision making skills.  

  • Quick learner and Open for challenges.  

  • Good written and verbal communication, presentation and articulation skills, listening skills,  

 

Qualifications : B.Com, CA or CMA (Inter preferred)  

Experience: 4 to 7 years  

Additional Qualifications: MS Office - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.  SAP
