Project Role Description : Select and deploy appropriate cloud-native tools to accelerate application development.  Knowledge of the target cloud-native tools is necessary, and this role can specialize in one specific native cloud, ex. Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.

Summary: The role involves day to day support on activities/ tasks/ tickets for Microsoft Teams Infrastructure and Enterprise Voice & Video Infrastructure to provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis. Roles & Responsibilities: • Design and implement AudioCodes devices and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing • Administration and support of AudioCodes devices, CAP Devices. • Strong knowledge in troubleshooting with tools like Wireshark, Syslog Viewer • Knowledge of SIP, RTP, SRTP, RTCP, SDP, audio codecs and video codecs • Experience in number porting support with various telecom service providers • Knowledge of AudioCodes gateways and SBCs • Knowledge of Microsoft Direct Routing • Expertise in Session Initiation Protocol, PSTN Connectivity, VoIP, and Contact Center Solution • Experience in troubleshooting and supporting AudioCodes SBC, Microsoft Teams, Polycom • Responsible for detailed documentation of the solution in the form of LLD/HLD • Resolution ownership of technical challenges occurring during/after the implementation Technical Skills: • 5-6 years of experience in managing the Team EV services • Must have excellent technical troubleshooting and PowerShell scripting skills • Expert skill in MS Teams to prepare technical deliverables such as High-Level, Low Level Design, technical SOP’s • Familiar with the underlying service architecture of MS Teams including performance optimization, reporting, Call Quality Dashboards • Support Hybrid environment and cloud Enterprise solution with Direct Routing Planning, Audio codes, SBC, SIP trunk.
