Position Purpose: Responsible for managing a variety of high-quality and innovative multimedia projects, including video and audio production, graphic design, and photography for internal and external audiences. Works with our senior leadership to create long and short form multi-media and video projects.

Samples of work will be reviewed as a part of the interview process.

***The Senior Multimedia Specialist position is remote with 25% travel expectation. Candidates local to Missouri are preferred.***

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with senior level leadership to provide vision, creative solutions, and deliver high quality designs for business development and strategy planning.
• Manage all aspects of multimedia and print design projects from product development to product completion. These types of projects include video messages from executives and other senior leadership, employee trainings delivered by video, and interactive applications and video for internal and external education.
• Responsible for maintenance of studio and equipment, including studio schedules for shoots, organization of raw and edited video footage and tracking of all studio equipment.
• Manage live recording, sound management, and media management, as well as the ability to handle portable gear for on-location shoots.
• Responsible for the execution of production of video shoots, including recording and editing content with advanced skills of non-linear video editing software.
• Responsible for advanced artistry of motion graphics, and 3D modeling including lighting and animation.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Art, Graphic Design or Multimedia Production or equivalent experience. 5+ years of professional experience in multimedia web development/web design, conceptual design, commercial graphic design, visual arts, multimedia, or video production field. Experience with 3D modeling, animation graphics, and operating video equipment required.
