A Diamond Account Management is responsible for building and maintaining deep partnerships with Y! digital highest value clients. As a key partner in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns, the sales manager engages directly with advertisers across all of our segments ( from Platform Agencies to Direct customers) and all levels of their organization, which can include daily interaction as well as preparation and delivery of monthly campaign reviews as well as quarterly business reviews.
Responsibilities include:
a.Evaluate and analyze performance using analytics tools to diagnose potential issues and identify improvement opportunities to foster long-term client success and grow revenue.
b.Implement creative ways to build and nurture client relationships, consult on strategy, share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote our products.
c. Have a deep understanding and ability to analyze client ROI / CPA goals and data, media buying cycles, Web site architecture, product / service update schedules, marketing philosophy, target demographics, etc.
d. Capable of working independently and expanding relationships through regular face-to-face client visits to build and maintain deep-level partnerships.
e.Participate in ad-hoc projects to develop new standard methodologies, product knowledge, analytical techniques, and industry-specific insights.
Minimum Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree
• 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated partnerships with large clients and proven track record as a trusted advisor to clients
• Deep understanding of the digital media industry with the ability to credibly articulate strategic insights for clients that are based on data and research
• History of selecting appropriate products from a diverse product arsenal to solve the client’s advertising objectives; ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and position them against competitors
