Project Manager (senior)


 

Purpose

The Senior Pm contributes in the successful deployment of complex cross-country project according to the Sensormatic Solutions Service & Delivery standards. The SPM support and coaches junior PM assigned to projects.


Key responsibilities

  • Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects.
  • Decide on suitable strategies and objective for enterprise, global account in project execution.
  • Coordinates cross-country and cross-project activities.
  •  Lead and evaluate project managers or installation managers collaborating on large projects.
  • Creates relationships with all customer project managers in the EMA region.
  • Executes governance processes for resources, budget, and timelines.
  • Apply Change, Risk and Resource management.
  • Assume projects responsibility for vendors, Subco’s and project resources.
  • Assess project productivities and performance and reports back to the program Manager.
  • Executes projects via a strict project methodology.
  • Creates lessons learned and seeks for adaption of trainings programs.
  • Sees to compliance of all staff involved.
  • Proactively reports new opportunities, changes, and new scope during project execution.
  • Analyses to improve existing project models and execution processes.
  • Identifies minimal resource needs and ensures continuation of Enterprise projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer oriented escalation management.
  • Govern the ROI of projects.


What we are looking for

  • Minimum 6-year experience either in Field Service or Ops
  • Minimum 6-year experience in leading teams
  • At least 1 year of experience as S&D user (Service & Delivery)
  • University degree in Electronic Industrial scope
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Office Excel
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train employees
  • Able to work in a team and stressful conditions
